Home Tour: Aditi Sardesai Indo-Vietnam Home

Mumbai! It’s amachi Mumbai. Mumbai is made of incredible stories. Every corner, every street, every place gives you inspiration. This is a story of Aditi Sardesai. The beauty of rich and royal aesthetics inspires Aditi Sardesai in the hustle and bustle of multicultural Mumbai. Aditi Sardesai is chartered bank employee and she is a mother of two studying boys. She loves decorating her house and she has maintained her house like a professional designer.

Let’s have a look to her beautifully crafted cave.

The big space is filled with fresh air and sunlight. You can see the revolutionary fusion of traditional seating style and contemporary designs on the sofa’s and cathedrae that generates an alluring and urbane feel.

In addition, solid floral print is exactly what living room needs, especially as the other pieces upholstered with the shade of crimson red and maroon on the cushion is just the right one to fill the room with happiness. One can find an unusual blend of cultures in her creations with an eye for creativity, as something beneath your feet that gives warmth and character to your floors. Rugs are an essential décor accessory in every home. It adds depths, dimension, and drama to your décor.

Many artifacts are placed which adds lot of character and aesthetic charm to the room. In spite of such hectic work life, Aditi has not restricted herself to pursue her passion for interiors and décor. Collecting traditional paintings and different home décor is her passion. She has developed a unique style of her own. Walls are been highlighted with beautiful Vietnamese paintings also known as lacquer painting on wooden canvas. Have a peek.

There are statement pieces to the house right from the furniture to each artifact.
Let us check her exquisite collection.

The lamp, the statuesque, jardinière exudes sophistication and elegance.

The artistry of the lamp is magnificent. The two colorful jar bottles made of wood is so finely crafted which manifest Indian tradition and modernism. Do you remember the woman in green? It is one of my favorite from the collection.
Her dining room is no less. I loved her dining space. As the curtains are unveiled, the space lights with joy and laughter.

The cute little owlets placed on the furniture gives a contemporary look to the room. The bronze sculpture at the corner has its own significance.
The intrinsic beauty of each décor art is phenomenal. Every corner of the house has a unique style and has curved a niche of its own. The creations are reminiscent of the past, reveled in the future!
There is much more to see off course, as the next blog will cover her rooms and other spaces.
Stay tuned! See you soon.
